* If any Contestant will require any special assistance, you must contact the Pageant Director at least two weeks prior to the pageant and we will do our best to accommodate their needs. * This is a “High Glitz” pageant.  While contestants are welcome to wear their “Sunday Best” they are strongly encouraged to wear traditional pageant attire or formal wear for the Beauty Competition. * All entry fees must be turned in with all completed entry forms. for information about payment via credit/debit card. * All contestants, parents and guests of contestants, must conduct themselves in a civil manner at all times.  Horseplay and obnoxious or lewd behavior will not be tolerated!  Incidents of this nature will result in the Contestant’s disqualification, forfeiture of all entry fees and the Contestant and/or family and guests may be asked to leave the premises.  We want to keep a very friendly atmosphere, so disrespect or otherwise unacceptable behavior of any kind towards any other contestant, guest, Pageant Committee Member or Judge will not be allowed! * All Judges decisions are final and they will not be required to explain their decision at any time.  After the pageant, you may request that your child’s scorecards be mailed to the address you provide in this registration packet.  Requests should be made to the Pageant Director only.  Scorecards are provided for informational purposes only, and cannot be used to alter the final results of the pageant. * Due to the privacy of other Contestants and our Staff, we ask that you and your guests do not bring any photo or video recording equipment to the rehearsal or pageant.  Violations of this rule will disqualify the Contestant and forfeit their entry fees.  Cellular phones with picture/video capabilities due not apply to this rule.  * A photographer and videographer will be on staff to take pictures and record the event.  Parents may opt to purchase a photo CD or video DVD by noting their selections on the form included in this entry packet.  Payment for these orders must be submitted with the entry fees. * Any comments or grievances must be directed to the Pageant Director. DO NOT submit complaints to any corporate sponsor.  Our sponsors are financial contributors only and cannot help you with any concerns that may arise.
